Ongoing MCST Repair and Repainting Project at Sungrove

We are providing project-management services to the MCST for repair and repainting works to the common areas at Sungrove. The works include grouting, external-wall cleaning, sealant replacement, surface preparation, sealer application, finishing coats and window cleaning. Our role includes coordinating progress, reviewing the works and assisting the MCST and managing agent with project administration and quality monitoring.
